Bengaluru CEO Asks Class 5 Math Question To Gen Z Job Candidates, Results are Shocking!!!
Bengaluru CEO Ashish Gupta asked Gen Z job candidates a simple Class 5 math question during interviews. Sadly, people failed at answering these properly, indicating the lack of depth of knowledge the younger generation has.
The questions were fairly simple, involving questions of average speed. Surprisingly, only two people were able to get it right.
Ashish further noted that these people excelled at debating social media trends, viral content, and reels, but they lacked basic problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and financial management skills.
Gupta emphasised that this is indicative of an increasing gap in critical thinking, numeracy, and analytical capabilities among the younger generation.
The CEO further said that lack of such skills would prove to be detrimental ahead.
The LinkedIn post generated a heated argument on the internet. While many said that it is wrong to generalize, many did say that making such generalized assumptions is wrong.
